Corey Ikka, owner of LCD CONSTRUCTION INC. did renovations on our previous home in preparation to put it on the sales market. Along with installing hardwood floors on the main floor of our home, painting our front hallway, family room, kitchen, dining room, living room, continuing upstairs where we had a skylight in the ceiling hallway, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Corey also installed laminate flooring on the upper level as well. His workmanship was detail oriented and he and his crew showed up every day to get the project completed as time efficiently as possibly without compromising perfection. Corey replaced some bedroom doors and had to shave a couple of them to make them fit properly, he also installed new door handles. All baseboards were replaced and of course painted to complete the job to precision. Since we were so delighted and satisfied with Corey’s ambition, reliability, responsibility, high quality of skills, excellent and trustworthy trades, we had no hesitation in hiring LCD CONSTRUCTION INC. to undertake the demolition of the pre-existing home and the custom home we were then going to build.
